Altius Circle is an 8-week leadership development school that equips young Africans aged 18–27 with the mindset, skills, and network to thrive in a competitive global world.
Altius Circle is built around four interconnected arms — each one serving a specific role in a young African leader's journey from potential to impact.
An 8-week intensive programme teaching leadership, global career skills, personal finance, advocacy, and purpose. Taught by CEOs, HR leaders, and industry thought leaders.
Every graduate is paired with an experienced mentor who guides their career, sharpens their decisions, and connects them to real-world opportunities.
We partner with companies to place students in 2-month internships — so they gain work experience, build their CV, and enter the job market with confidence.
Our scholarship and philanthropy arm funds deserving students who cannot afford the programme. Fully governed by an independent board. Complete transparency.
Real stories from students, mentors, and partners who are part of the Altius Circle movement.
Collect 4–6 testimonials from early cohort students, mentors, or programme supporters before launch. Capture: photo (with permission), full name, city, and a 3–4 sentence reflection on the programme's impact. Place them here replacing the placeholder cards below.

Leadership is not a title — it is a daily practice. Here are five disciplines that separate those who rise from those who stall.
The global job market is open to Africans like never before. Here is exactly how to position yourself and get hired.
Skills get you the room. Purpose keeps you in it. Here is why the most successful young Africans always start with why.
The story, the vision, the values, and the people behind the movement.
Altius Circle was founded by Lawrence Mike — a pastor, communicator, and development advocate — out of a deep conviction that Africa's transformation will not come from politics alone. It will come from leaders of purpose.
After years of ministry, mentoring, and working with young Africans, Lawrence observed the same recurring problem: intelligent, driven young people with enormous potential — but no clear path, no mentor, and no framework to help them navigate a competitive global world.
Altius Circle was registered to solve that problem. Not as another organisation, but as a movement — one built at the intersection of leadership development, practical skills, spiritual grounding, and compassion.
"Africa does not lack talent. It lacks platforms that treat that talent with the seriousness it deserves. Altius Circle is that platform."
— Lawrence Mike, Founder

To raise and equip the next generation of African leaders with the mindset, skills, and platforms they need to thrive, influence culture positively, and build nations.
We transform young Africans through intentional education, guided mentorship, and strategic opportunities — equipping them to lead in their careers, communities, and nations.
These are not slogans. They are the convictions that guide every decision, every programme, and every relationship within Altius Circle.
We believe every young African has the capacity to lead — in their home, their workplace, and their nation. We build leaders who serve.
Skills without purpose produce activity without direction. We help every student discover why they exist and how to build their life around that why.
We hold ourselves and our students to a world-class standard — not because perfection is achievable, but because the next generation deserves our best.
Africa's leaders must be able to compete and contribute on the global stage. We equip students with the mindset and tools to do exactly that.
True leadership is defined by who you serve, not who serves you. Altius Circle cultivates a servant-leader mentality from day one.
Character is the foundation of influence. We build leaders who do the right thing even when no one is watching — especially when no one is watching.
We are not in the business of producing certificates. We are in the business of changing lives — and measuring success by the lives our graduates go on to change.
Lawrence Mike is a pastor, communicator, and leadership development advocate based in Abuja, Nigeria. With a deep calling to see Africa's next generation rise to their full potential, he founded Altius Circle as a platform where young Africans could be equipped — not just educated — for the demands of a rapidly changing world.
Alongside Altius Circle, Lawrence leads the Diaspora Prayer Network — facilitating weekly prayer and spiritual grounding for Africans abroad — and Direction (Lapis Outreach), a campus ministry transforming universities across Africa with teachings on purpose, destiny, and kingdom identity.
He believes that the most powerful leader is one who is globally competent, spiritually grounded, and committed to the service of others.

Leadership development must reach every deserving young African — regardless of financial background.
Altius Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Altius Circle. It exists on a simple conviction: the next great African leader should never be held back by a lack of funds.
Through scholarships, fee support, and educational resources, the Foundation ensures that financial hardship does not become the deciding factor in who gets access to transformation.
The Foundation is fully governed by an independent Board. The Founder does not access Foundation funds. An annual report is published every year for complete donor transparency.
